In addition to therapy, Nicola also offers coaching as a certified coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Coaching is not therapy. Coaching takes a strength-based and appreciative approach that focuses on deepening your awareness through conversation. Coaching focuses on your present situation and future goals rather than on your past experiences to help you close the gap between where you currently are and where you want to be. Through collaborative partnership, coaching helps you clarify your goals, create a plan to bring about the change you are seeking, and move towards living your best life with increased confidence.
